You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a payment using their service.  You will be able to make a payment using a credit card, debit card, or personal bank account by following instructions on PayPal’s secure website.

PAYMENTS USING PAYPAL:
1. Go to the Online Registration page by clicking on the link below.
2. Complete the registration form and click submit.  You will be returned to this page to make your payment.  You will receive an email confirmation within a few hours informing you that your registration was received.  Do not register more than one time.
3. Go down to the next section and click on the Paypal button to pay your registration fees.
